Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. ALL merchandise must be returned in NEWCONDITION. Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, altered, washed or the tag has been removed. Items with hygienic liners may not be returned if the liner has been removed or tampered with. Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and is subject to a shipping charge. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued, and no exceptions will be made.
An Online Return Request must be submitted and the return package must include the original invoice to receive online credit.

Items purchased online may be returned by mail to the return address listed below.
Due to the high volume of orders unfortunately, exchanges are not accepted at this time. We are unable to guarantee your desired item, size and color will be available when your return is received by us. We strongly suggest placing an order for the correct item and once the product is received you will be issued a store credit.
If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, or you are missing an item from your order, you MUST contact Customer Service within 3 days of the package's original delivery date.

To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL of Houzz of DVA's return requirements.
- The customer must submit an Online Return Request (instructions are included in package)
- After the Online Return Request is successfully submitted and processed, please package and ship the item(s) including the return form to the return address below.
- Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is 100% the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides insurance and tracking information for your record. Houzz of DVA will not be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
- Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department 5-7 business days for processing after it has been delivered to our facility.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)
- If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
- Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Houzz of DVA. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf. We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except items with free shipping) as a store credit.
